Being in a one form entry school, I don’t get the opportunity to talk through planning with someone (e.g. a year group partner) so I found this was a great way to get thinking about the outcomes of the lessons for the children. I feel like it gave me the opportunity to think about the lessons with more care and attention. and what the children actually need.”
